-          Reflect on my principal and how his style impact on me .

-          Reflect on my friend style that her style is transformational and how it impact on my practice as head of division

-          Set with explanation some real situations from my experience that explain how I encourage my team , empower them , improve them and relate these examples with theories

-          Identify my future plan , and explain one improvement point that I should take it into consideration  in next step as a leader
